April is Autism Awareness Month, and we're excited to announce our upcoming event, AMRAP 4 Autism

Join us in supporting two incredible organizations, the Autism Strong Foundation and We Rock the Spectrum - Triad.

As a participant, you'll receive an official AMRAP t-shirt and the satisfaction of being part of positive change.

Here's what to expect:

Team Format: Teams of 2 (F/F, M/M, or F/M)

Duration: 32-minute AMRAP

Movements:

36 Thrusters

36 Burpees over the Bar

36 Hang Power Cleans

36 Ab Mat Sit-ups

400 Meter Run with weight

Note: Athletes split reps, but run together

Weights: RX (95/65), Scaled (65/45), Beginner (scale to any weight)
