What is CrossFit?

The definition of CrossFit is constantly varied, functional movements executed at high-intensity. Simply put, it's working really hard through movements that consist in everyday life with a group of really awesome people!

At CFV, routine is the enemy. We continually change our workouts to challenge the body and avoid plateaus.Our programming is designed to spread across different energy systems and mixed modalities, so you’re always progressing.

Functional Movements

Our goal is to prepare our athletes for life’s obstacles. We do that by using training that mimics life. Each workout includes varied movements such as running, jumping, throwing, squatting, pulling, pushing, and lifting.

High Intensity

High intensity exercise is the most effective way to elicit positive changes in performance and body composition High intensity, relative to each person, but simply put, is giving it EVERYTHING you got. It's your shortcut to results.

CrossFit is for all levels, all shapes, all sizes, all ages. The ability to scale workouts for any level is one of the reasons that the CrossFit program is so successful. Scalability allows athletes to gauge their progression by measuring the increase in weight/reps or decrease in time in repeated workouts, and to work out together as one community, regardless of fitness level. Our expert coaches help scale down workouts for newer or injured athletes, and scale up for athletes who need a more challenging workout in order to achieve optimal results.
