Power Flow

This morning class blends vinyasa and traditional hatha postures to create a practice that feels energizing and grounding. You’ll move with intention, explore strength and mobility, and experience the calming benefits of activating the parasympathetic nervous system without sacrificing a satisfying physical challenge. The class is designed to be approachable for people who are new to yoga or have felt intimidated by it in the past, while still offering options to deepen poses for those who want more. For CrossFitters, this is an ideal complement: building joint integrity, balance, breath awareness, and recovery while still feeling athletic and purposeful. Expect clear cues, accessible options, and a supportive environment where blocks and props are encouraged but never required - bring your own if you have them or come exactly as you are.

Deep Recovery 

This evening class is slow, grounding, and deeply restorative, with a focus on yin and supported postures held for longer periods of time. The goal is to help the nervous system shift fully into a parasympathetic (“rest and digest”) state by reducing stress, calming the mind, and supporting physical recovery. This class is especially powerful for CrossFitters and anyone with a high training or stress load, as it helps counterbalance intense workouts and busy days. Movements are minimal, poses are well-supported, and meditation and breathwork are woven throughout to help you unwind without feeling like you need prior yoga experience. If yoga has ever felt intimidating, this class often becomes the easiest entry point: nothing to perform, nothing to force. Props such as blocks, blankets, and bolsters are welcome and helpful, but never mandatory - comfort and ease are the priority here.
