You perform a movement at the start of each minute. The faster you finish, the more rest you earn.

For Time
Complete the workout as efficiently as possible—with good form always coming first.

RX – As Prescribed
That just means the workout is done exactly as written. Many athletes choose to scale, and that’s not just accepted—it’s encouraged.
