Graduating from App State and having attended culinary school at GTCC, she delved into a diverse array of interests early on. Her journey began with dance at the age of 4, continuing until she was 18. Simultaneously, she discovered her passion for lacrosse during high school. However, it was her family's foray into CrossFit that intrigued her to give it a try, leading to a deep-seated love for the sport over the past 9 years.

Hannah holds certifications in CF-L2 and Nutrition 1, Hannah found her calling in coaching, relishing the joy of witnessing individuals surpass their fitness aspirations. Her delight stems from observing others conquer new milestones, learn fresh skills, and achieve feats they once deemed unattainable. Hannah seamlessly integrates her devotion to CrossFit with her love for baking and cooking, aiming to guide people towards a holistic and healthy lifestyle.

Mark, originally from Islip, NY, ventured to NC for his education at UNC-Greensboro. His lifelong dedication to athleticism began during college, engaging actively in basketball, baseball, and lacrosse. However, after a phase of reduced activity post-graduation, marriage, and embracing the responsibilities of raising two children, he reignited his passion by taking up running, eventually advancing to triathlons. Mark achieved an ironman distance and conquered multiple ½ ironman races before CrossFit became a pivotal part of his life a decade ago.

As a certified CrossFit Level 2 trainer, Mark finds his fulfillment in coaching by guiding members to conquer their "firsts" and unlock their full athletic potential. His coaching philosophy revolves around empowering individuals to surpass their own expectations and become the best versions of themselves.
