 AMRAP 4 Autism is a fundraising competition to raise funds for the Autism Strong Foundation.

The workout is as follows:

32-minute AMRAP
36Thrusters
36 Burpees over the Bar
36 Hang Power Cleans
36 Ab Mat Sit-ups
400 Meter Run with weight
*athletes split reps, run together
RX (95/65), Scaled (65/45), Beginner (scale to any weight)

The cost of the competition is $49 per person (each partner must sign up separately) and includes t-shirts.
All funds go toward the two organizations listed above!
